Inspired by the rolling hills of Maleny in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, this painting depicts the soft light of the distant setting sun at dusk. It is more abstract than my usual style and is an attempt to capture the feeling of the moment rather than a literal interpretation of the landscape.
